At S'Agapõ, customer satisfaction is paramount. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase and receive a refund for the returned products.

Please remember that returned items must be in perfect condition, show no signs of use, and be in their original packaging, in a well-sealed and protected package.

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN:

Booking your return online:
1. Log in to your account and go to the ORDER HISTORY section.
2. Select the order you wish to return and click on REQUEST RETURN.

3. Select Other. Once you have verified that the order number displayed is correct, click on Start return procedure.

4. Select the products you wish to return and click on NEXT STEP. Select the reason for the return and click on NEXT STEP.

5. Verify that the address indicated is correct, click on Return and, after checking the summary, select Confirm return.

Package preparation:
Once the online procedure is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions and the shipping label.
Print the return email and the shipping label you received.

-Place the products in the package (preferably using the original packaging) and include the printed email inside.

-Seal the package carefully and attach the shipping label to the outside, in a clearly visible position.

-Take the package to your nearest post office.

Refund:
The amount spent will be refunded via the payment method chosen during purchase:

– For payment via PayPal, the reversal will be processed directly through PayPal;

– For payment with a credit card or pre-paid card, the refund will only be credited to the card used for the purchase. The refund cannot be made to cards other than those used for the purchase.

– For payment via Scalapay, the installments already paid will be refunded directly to the card used for payment, while the unpaid installments will be canceled. In the case of a partial return, the refund amount will be deducted from your installments starting from the last one.

Rosato will process the refund for the cost of the goods shipped, within the legal terms (30 days), only after receiving the goods and checking that all requirements have been met.

The refund cannot be made to cards other than those used for the purchase and cannot be made via bank transfer.
